The Summer Scent Event — Terms & Conditions

The Scent Haven Summer Scent Event runs from June 21, 2026, through September 7, 2026, at scenthaven.ca, unless extended, modified, or ended earlier by Scent Haven.

Promotion Details

During the promotional period, customers who purchase one eligible fragrance at its regular price will receive 50% off a second eligible fragrance of equal or lesser value.

The discount will be applied to the lowest-priced eligible fragrance in the qualifying pair.

For orders containing more than two eligible fragrances, products will be grouped into qualifying pairs, and the 50% discount will be applied to the lower-priced fragrance within each pair.

An eligible fragrance must be purchased at regular price for the second eligible fragrance to qualify for the discount.

Excluded Collections

The following fragrance collections are excluded from The Summer Scent Event due to brand restrictions:

• Clive Christian
• Creed
• Frédéric Malle
• Kilian Paris
• Maison Francis Kurkdjian
• Roja Parfums

Products from these collections do not qualify as either the regular-priced fragrance or the 50%-off fragrance.

Additional products, collections, limited editions, clearance items, gift cards, discovery sets, samples, bundles, and specially marked products may also be excluded where indicated on the product page.

Discount Application

The promotional discount will be applied automatically at checkout when the order meets all eligibility requirements, unless a promotional code is specifically provided.

The discount applies only to eligible merchandise and does not apply to:

• Taxes
• Shipping fees
• Gift cards
• Previously purchased products
• Products excluded from the promotion
• Any additional fees or charges

The promotion cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion began or after it ended.

Combining Promotions

The Summer Scent Event cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, price adjustments, bundle discounts, loyalty redemptions, or special pricing unless expressly stated by Scent Haven.

Scent Haven Rewards points may be earned on qualifying purchases according to the current Rewards Program terms. The use or redemption of points during the promotion may be restricted.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Products purchased during The Summer Scent Event remain subject to Scent Haven’s regular return and exchange policies.

If one product from a qualifying promotional pair is returned, the refund amount may be recalculated based on the promotional pricing applied to the original order.

If the return causes the original purchase to no longer qualify for the promotion, the value of the promotional discount may be deducted from the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is the result of an error by Scent Haven.

Orders cannot always be modified or cancelled after they have been submitted. Customers should review their order carefully before completing checkout.

Product Availability

All products are available while supplies last. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

Scent Haven does not guarantee that every eligible product, size, concentration, or fragrance will remain available throughout the promotional period.

No substitutions, rain checks, or cash alternatives will be provided for sold-out products.

Pricing and Website Errors

Scent Haven makes every effort to ensure that product information, pricing, discounts, and availability are accurate.

In the event of a pricing error, technical issue, incorrect discount, product-description error, or other website malfunction, Scent Haven reserves the right to correct the error, cancel an affected order, or contact the customer before fulfilling the purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

All fragrances sold by Scent Haven are 100% authentic and sourced through trusted suppliers. Scent Haven does not sell counterfeit, imitation, or replica fragrances.

Supporting Ronald McDonald House Toronto

During The Summer Scent Event, 10% of all completed and eligible sales will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Toronto.

Donations will be calculated based on qualifying sales after discounts, returns, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and shipping charges have been accounted for.

General Conditions

Scent Haven reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Modify or end the promotion at any time
• Change these terms and conditions
• Exclude products or collections where required
• Refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, misuse, resale activity, or promotional abuse
• Limit quantities purchased by any customer, household, account, or address

Any changes will take effect when posted on scenthaven.ca.

By participating in The Summer Scent Event, customers agree to these terms and conditions and to Scent Haven’s regular website policies, including its Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
