If you find an identical, authentic fragrance at a lower regular retail price from an eligible major retailer, we’ll match their price and take an additional 5% off.
Because exceptional service, authenticity, and competitive pricing should go hand in hand.
How It Works
Before placing your order, simply contact our Customer Care Team with:
- A link to the competitor’s product page
- The competitor’s advertised regular price
- The fragrance brand and name
- The bottle size and concentration (EDT, EDP, Parfum, Extrait, etc.)
Our team will verify the pricing and, if eligible, provide a custom discount code or adjusted purchase price reflecting the competitor’s price less an additional 5%.
Eligible Products
To qualify for the Scent Haven Price Promise™, the item must:
- Be identical in brand, fragrance, size, concentration, and packaging
- Be brand new, authentic, and factory sealed
- Be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase
- Be sold directly by an approved major retailer
- Be advertised in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Be available for shipment to the same destination
All requests are subject to verification by Scent Haven.
Authorized Retailers Only
Our Price Promise applies only to recognized major retailers and authorized fragrance sellers.
Examples may include:
- Sephora
- Hudson’s Bay
- Holt Renfrew
- Nordstrom
- Saks Fifth Avenue
- Neiman Marcus
- Macy’s
- Bloomingdale’s
- Shoppers Drug Mart
- The Bay
- Other approved luxury beauty retailers
Retailer eligibility is determined solely by Scent Haven.
Exclusions
The Scent Haven Price Promise™ does not apply to:
- Sale prices
- Clearance merchandise
- Closeout inventory
- Flash sales
- Door-crasher promotions
- Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Prime Day, or similar promotional events
- Coupon codes or promotional discounts
- Loyalty program pricing
- Membership pricing
- Employee pricing
- Student, military, senior, or corporate discounts
- Bundle offers or gift-with-purchase promotions
- Pricing errors or misprints
- Limited-time promotional offers
- Open-box products
- Tester bottles
- Damaged packaging
- Refurbished or used products
Retailers We Do Not Match
To maintain our commitment to authenticity, service, and product quality, we do not match pricing from:
- Discount fragrance websites
- Liquidation retailers
- Outlet stores
- Warehouse clubs
- Auction websites
- Marketplace platforms
- Third-party marketplace sellers
- Private sellers
- Unauthorized resellers
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Amazon Marketplace sellers
- eBay
- Facebook Marketplace
- Kijiji
- Craigslist
- Mercari
- Poshmark
- Any retailer selling gray-market, liquidated, or diverted inventory
Additional Terms
- Requests must be submitted before an order is placed.
- Price adjustments cannot be applied to completed purchases.
- Shipping charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and other service charges are excluded from price comparisons.
- Competitor pricing must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of review.
- Scent Haven reserves the right to limit quantities.
- Scent Haven reserves the right to deny any request that cannot be verified or does not meet the requirements outlined above.
