1. **Eligibility for Returns**: Customers may return unopened and unused fragrances within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original packaging, including any seals or protective materials. Returns of opened or used products will not be accepted due to hygiene and safety concerns.
2. **Return Process**: To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with the returned item to ensure proper processing. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience delays or may not be processed.
3. **Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
4. **Refund Processing**: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary based on the financial institution.
5. **Exchanges**: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange a product must follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. **Damaged or Defective Items**: In the rare event that a product arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective products.
