- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in claim denial.

Packages refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to Scent Haven.
In these cases:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund
- Final Sale items remain non-refundable
