At Scent Haven, we are committed to processing and shipping your order efficiently and securely. Please review the following shipping terms and conditions before placing an order.



1. Order Processing


Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.


Processing times may vary during:


  • Holidays
  • Promotional periods
  • New product launches
  • High-order volume periods


Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.



2. Shipping Destinations


Scent Haven currently ships to:


  • Canada
  • The United States
  • Select international destinations


At this time, we do not ship to:


  • Europe
  • Africa
  • Mexico
  • Central America
  • The Caribbean
  • Certain countries in Asia


Due to international shipping regulations surrounding alcohol-based fragrance products, some destinations may be unavailable or restricted.


Scent Haven reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to regions where shipping limitations, customs restrictions, or carrier regulations apply.


Customers are responsible for ensuring fragrance imports are permitted within their destination country.



3. Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:


  • Order value
  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method


Any applicable shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the website when available.



4. Estimated Delivery Times


Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Typical delivery estimates:


  • Canada: 3–9 business days
  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days


Delivery times may vary due to:


  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Remote delivery locations
  • High-volume shipping periods



5. Tracking Information


Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.


Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery arrangements are secure.



6. Signature Confirmation


Scent Haven reserves the right to require:


  • Signature confirmation
  • Adult signature upon delivery
  • Additional verification for high-value orders


This is done to protect customers and reduce fraudulent transactions.



7. Shipping Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.


Scent Haven is not responsible for:


  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Delays caused by incomplete address information
  • Returned packages due to address errors


If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:


  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable



8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.


Scent Haven is not liable for:


  • Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery exceptions outside our control

9. Damaged Shipments


If your package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)


Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may result in claim denial.



10. Undeliverable or Refused Packages


Packages refused by the customer or deemed undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to Scent Haven.


In these cases:


  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund
  • Final Sale items remain non-refundable



11. International Duties & Taxes


For international shipments, customers are responsible for:


  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Additional government charges


These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Scent Haven.



12. Shipping Restrictions


Certain fragrance products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to:


  • Carrier regulations
  • Alcohol-based product limitations
  • Air transport restrictions
  • Regional import regulations


Scent Haven reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped.
