Amouage

Amouage was founded in 1983 in the Sultanate of Oman by Prince Sayyid Hamad bin Hamoud Al Busaidi, with the aim of reviving the Arabian art of perfumery. The brand’s first fragrance, Amouage Gold, was created by legendary French perfumer Guy Robert and set the tone for the house’s opulent and complex style. Drawing on the rich olfactory heritage of the Middle East, Amouage is known for using traditional ingredients like frankincense, myrrh, and rose, blended with modern perfumery techniques.
