Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Scent Haven, we begin processing orders immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. For this reason, purchase option subscriptions and recurring fragrance deliveries are subject to the following cancellation terms.

Cancelling Future Recurring Orders

You may cancel your recurring purchase option at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting our Customer Care team before your next scheduled billing date.

Once your subscription has been cancelled, no future recurring orders will be processed.

Orders Already Processed

Once a recurring order has been charged, authorized, or has entered our fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

This includes requests to:

  • Cancel an order
  • Change fragrances
  • Change quantities
  • Change shipping addresses
  • Combine orders
  • Delay shipment

Processing Time

Recurring orders may begin processing immediately after payment is successfully authorized. Because of our automated fulfillment system, cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun cannot be accommodated.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, your scheduled order may be delayed or cancelled until payment is successfully completed.

Scent Haven's Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any recurring purchase option at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product discontinuation
  • Inventory shortages
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

If we cancel a recurring order before shipment, any payment collected will be refunded in full.
