Our Story

Scent Haven was built on a simple belief: that the things we love most often bring us comfort, confidence, and hope during life's most meaningful moments.

For us, fragrance has always been more than a luxury. A scent can tell a story, spark a memory, and remind us of the people and moments that matter most. What began as a passion for fine fragrances eventually grew into a vision for something bigger—a company founded on authenticity, trust, exceptional service, and giving back.

But the heart of Scent Haven's story extends far beyond fragrance.

In 2024, our family's life changed forever when our daughter began treatment at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto. During her journey, she underwent two stem cell transplants and continues to courageously battle through treatment and recovery.

Throughout this experience, Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto became much more than a place to stay.

It became our home away from home.

As a family, we have spent nearly 300 days—and counting—at Ronald McDonald House Toronto while remaining close to our daughter during her treatment. During some of the most difficult days of our lives, RMHC Toronto provided comfort, support, community, and stability when we needed it most.

They gave us a place where we could focus on what truly mattered: being together as a family.

We witnessed firsthand the incredible impact Ronald McDonald House has on families facing some of life's greatest challenges. We experienced the compassion of their staff, the generosity of their supporters, and the sense of community they create for families navigating the unimaginable.

Their mission touched our lives in a way that words can never fully express.

That experience inspired us to make giving back part of Scent Haven's foundation.

Our partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto is deeply personal. It is our way of expressing gratitude for the support our family received and helping ensure that other families can access the same comfort, care, and community during their own journeys.
